Preparation RETOL 93 is glue hardenable in heat with improved resistance of glued joint, intended for gluing of brake-shoe lining, non-asbestos friction lining of metal. The adhesive is not intended for retail sale and distribution.
Properties:
This adhesive is characterised by high firmness of joints (15.5 MPa) and temperature resistance up to 400 °C. Heat-hardened glued joint resists mineral oils, usual brake liquids, brake liquids, water and petrol. It is possible to dilude the glue by denatured alcohol in minimum concentration 94%. Any other dilution or combination with other type of glue deteriorate the firmness and quality of the glued joint.
Usage:
The product will serve during gluing of friction lining, friction lining of clutch, cutting diamond part of disks etc. Further it serves for the surface protection against the corroding of the glued joint to which helps the inert colour ANTIOX.
