Usage

Rust cleaning and destroying at metal parts of machines, components, equipment, metal plates with non-rinsing effect, glossy working with high grade of resistance. Removing rust at repairs. It reacts with water stone sediments.

APPLICATION

By soaking, spraying, brush, roller on metal surface. Area determined for rust removal must be cleaned mechanically from rough rusty parts in advance. When having heavy corrosion, repeat the application of rust-remover application. After drying leave 2-3 hours to react and adjust by other common surface coatings. Sometimes white powder may occur after its application. After the second and third coating, the soft film disappears or we can remove it by a cloth. Substantiality according to the rust content for coating cca 1 kg of rust-remover per 10-15 m².

Method of cover and remains disposal

Empty cover from product should be rinsed by water several times and the cover is put into separated waste.

Disperse accidentaly leaked amount ou rust-remover by sodium or by hydrated lime or by grinded limestone and store the product which arises by neutralization into communal waste. Rust-remover is of acidic quality /Ph/ - neutralize remains by limy milk.

Storing

Store in original, well-closed covers at temperature +2 °C up to 30°C dry place.

Work safety and first aid

Rust-remover is irritating substance. Do not eat, drink and smoke while working. After finishing work wash your hands by tepid water and by soap. After eye contact: rinse intensively by a flow of clean water with open eyelid – immediately search for a medical help. After skin contact: remove affected clothes, rinse thoroughly by a flow of water. After ingestion: rinse mouth by water, drink 1/2 litre of water; do not cause vomitting; search a physician. After breathing: fresh air; avoid undercooling.
